Practical Information & Excercises for working with young people & Families

Training will focus on understanding the cycle of needs for each individual, emphasising the importance of recognising our needs through the lens of Gestalt Therapy. This approach will explore how our creative adjustments can impact our connections with others and the way we “do life”. By adopting a relational and dialogical perspective, we will learn to make a field enquiry into the individual’s psychological, emotional and environmental experiences including their values and beliefs. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants will fain valuable insights and tools to enhance their practice, fostering an environment of empathy and understanding.
